Parking On the Thursday evening or Friday morning before TideFest you will receive a phone call to the phone number listed on your application with parking assignments and parking instructions. Please park in your assigned area before checking in or setting up. Parking areas will be open at 4pm on Friday. During the show on Saturday and Sunday we ask that you park in the designated artist parking. Friday at 4pm
Check-in After parking in your assigned area head to the artist lounge to check-in, relax and enjoy complimentary hot drinks and tasty treats. The artist lounge has books, magazines, newspapers and computers that will be available to you while waiting to setup and throughout the weekend. You are welcome to wait in the artist lounge until we are ready to start setup. However, you may not unload or setup until we have officially announced the start of setup. My priority is safety and I appreciate your cooperation. Friday, 4pm to 9pm Saturday, 6am to 7am
Setup Setup is scheduled to begin at 6pm. Unforeseen adjustments before or after 6pm may potentially occur, please be patient. During setup I have an army of volunteers available to help you. Volunteers can be requested during check-in and will be wearing glow-in-the-dark necklaces so they can be easily identified. Friday, 6pm to 9pm Saturday, 6am to 9am
Shopping TideFest is open to shoppers on Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm. Admission at the door is $5, children 11 and under are free.
Breakfast As tradition we host a complementary breakfast on Sunday morning for you and a guest. The breakfast is our opportunity to say hello and express my appreciation for your support. Sunday, 9am to 10am
Power Electricity is available to all booths at no additional charge. Our power grid is delicately balanced on existing circuits. All booths are limited to 500 watts with no exceptions.
Cleanup My goal is to provide the best possible show for both shoppers and artists during our advertised hours. I ask that all artists maintain their booth until 4pm on Sunday.If at any point you are unable to maintain your booth until 4pm Sunday please contact me immediately.
